UEFA A & Elite Youth A-licensed. 16 years coaching at the Limerick-based FAI Regional Centre of Excellence. Former Treaty United Academy Manager. Former Limerick FC assistant manager and U19 head coach. Co-founder of Ennis Town Football Academy.
Declan's expertise isn't just technical training—it's understanding what separates players who progress from those who plateau. The difference is rarely skill. It's mindset, decision-making under pressure, and resilience when things go wrong.

Anton Mannering
Director of Performance Science & Co-Founder
Sports Scientist with nearly 20 years applying it to coaching. Experienced Coach with 25 years of coaching at representative or LOI level. Former professional player (UK, France, Ireland: Shamrock Rovers, Sligo Rovers, Limerick FC).
Anton has years of experience as LOI U21 head coach, LOI Academy Coach, Kennedy Cup and intercounty manager, and as an ETP coordinator.
Creator of the PlayerBuilder app and the Football Quotient (FQ) framework—a system that measures what traditionally couldn't be measured: game confidence, decision-making speed, and composure under pressure.
PlayerBuilder's 6+1 model (6 days app-guided practice, 1 day group coaching) comes from Anton's research into behavioral change, habit formation, and how young athletes actually improve.
