Terms of Service
Last updated: May 18, 2026
1. Agreement
By registering for any PlayerBuilder programme, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t register. These terms constitute a binding contract between you (the parent/guardian) and PlayerBuilder. Programme-specific details — dates, times, capacity, and fees — are listed on the registration page and confirmed in your booking confirmation email; together with these terms they form the complete agreement.
2. Programme Details
PlayerBuilder currently offers the following programmes:
- • Forge: 8-week block programme, weekly coached session (90 minutes) plus daily app-guided home practice. Ages 9–12.
- • Spark Intensive: 3-day camp focused on fundamental technique, skill acquisition, and free play. Ages 7–9.
- • Forge Intensive: 3-day camp covering the full PlayerBuilder methodology in compressed format. Ages 9–12.
Programme-specific details — start and end dates, daily times, exact venue, capacity, and fees — are listed for each open programme on the registration page and confirmed in your booking confirmation email. PlayerBuilder programmes run in the Ennis, Co Clare area; the specific venue is confirmed at registration.
3. Registration & Payment
• Registration is first-come, first-served
• Payment required to secure your spot
• Fees are listed per programme on the registration page; early-bird or launch pricing may apply to specific programmes for a limited period
• Family discounts apply automatically: 2nd child €20 off, 3rd child €40 off
• Payment processed securely by Stripe
• Registration confirmed upon successful payment
4. Cancellations & Refunds
A participant may cancel their registration for a full refund if written notice is received at info@playerbuilder.ie no later than 7 days before the programme’s scheduled start date. The start date for the programme you registered for is set out in your booking confirmation email.
No refunds are available once the programme has commenced. Places, staffing, and kit are committed at that point.
In cases of documented medical or serious family circumstances, PlayerBuilder may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit for a future programme or a partial refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Attendance & Participation
• Players are expected to attend all scheduled sessions for their programme
• No makeup sessions for missed dates (the cohort model doesn’t allow it)

• Players must arrive on time (5 minutes before the scheduled start)
• Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and collection
• Persistent absence without notice may result in the spot being reallocated
6. Player Conduct
We expect:
- • Respect for coaches, other players, and equipment
- • Effort and willingness to try (perfection not required)
- • Following safety instructions
Behavioral issues: We'll work with parents to resolve. Persistent disruptive behavior affecting other players' experience may result in removal without refund.

• Update us immediately if medical status changes
• We're not liable for injuries during normal football activity
• We maintain public liability insurance
• First aid trained coaches on site
